Practice that makes development possible.

I combine more than 30 years in competitive riding, horse training and performance development with a calm, clear and dependable coaching approach. As an FN-certified professional rider, qualified equine professional, master horse manager and show jumper, I understand the pathway from young horse training and competition preparation to performance sport.

As a DOSB Coach B, I translate this experience into structured coaching, scouting and development processes. An engineering degree and an MBA add analytical thinking, project management and professional communication.
